Regenerative Eggs from hens fed unsprayed feed, without soy.
The most important ingredient is that the chickens enjoy life in the field and in the forest, where there is always access to grass, plants and whatever else they can find.
Our chickens are regularly moved to new areas around Søagergård, and at night they seek shelter in a movable chicken coop ("Kluk Truck"). When the chickens go outside, they enjoy scraping the ground to find insects and other goodies, and they also act as a producer of biological fertiliser.
We are not organically certified, but our chickens are of organic rearing and they get organic feed without soy. We also feed with organic residues, as we want to help create less food waste and involve animal husbandry in the solutions needed to improve our environment. So in addition to making the delicious fresh Regenerative Eggs, the chickens also help us regenerate the soil here at Søagergård.

Jeg køber æg herfra hver uge, og de overgår alt, jeg tidligere har prøvet – inkl. økologiske æg fra supermarkedet. Smagen, farven og kvaliteten er helt i top. Der er ingen vej tilbage! En kæmpe anbefaling.
Som tysker er jeg vænt til brune æg! Så dejligt at kunne få nogen her :)
