Creamy raw milk (A2A2, grass-fed)

Only 70 liters of our unique high-welfare raw milk with cream (100% grass-fed, A2, unpasteurised) is available each week! 

Raw milk reservations open each week for pickup on Sunday only at the next Green Market or at the farm in Smørum.

To make sure everybody gets to have our unique raw milk, we:

• Do not currently have subscriptions
• Have a higher cost for higher quantities (hence if you want more than 3 liters, that is fine, it just costs more)

About our high-welfare raw milk

Our Jersey cows and calves go out together all year round, in the summer in the pastures and in the winter in the forest areas.

Our calves share their milk with us. Calves are not separated from their mothers. We wean the calves when they are 6-9 months old, when they no longer need milk. However, they continue to go together in a herd. We only milk once a day, not putting pressure on cows to make raw milk - in contrast to industrial dairies, which usually milk three times a day.

The nutritional content of our raw milk will change continuously and will be different when you buy it. For illustrative purposes, we tested our raw milk in June 2023:

• Fat: 6.4%
• Protein: 4.9%

TERMS OF SALE OF RAW MILK (updated 3rd June 2024)

• Maximum 5 litres per family/household, per week. If more than 5 litres are ordered, it will be adjusted downwards or cancelled.
• Payments for orders must be made in advance by Mobile Pay (number 24043). Please pay within 24 hours of ordering raw milk, or the order will be cancelled. If you do not have Mobile Pay, please contact us with details of your situation. New customers always pay in advance.
• Bring cooling elements and cooler bag/cooler. This will preserve the quality of the milk. Due to the nature of raw milk, we do not offer returns and the quality of the milk is largely affected by the customer's storage.
• You have the right to cancel 48 hours or more from the date and time of pick-up. Reply to your order reservation email with your request to cancel or credit. Cancellations closer than 48 hours may not be possible, as the raw milk has already been reserved for you, and therefore you remain responsible for the cost of your order.
• The price includes bottle(s). You can return clean, undamaged bottles to get a 5kr discount (per bottle) on the next order.  
• By placing an order, you agree to these terms. The terms are subject to change and each order will be subject to the terms in force at the time of the order.
