The miracles that we described are documented. Stock from well-raised hens is known for feeding, repairing and calming the mucous lining of the small intestine.

The inner lining is intrinsically linked with the nervous system. And it is easily damaged by modern diets. Chicken soup is known to heal the nerves, relax, improve
digestion and reduce allergies (see Nourishing Traditions).

In Nourishing Traditions, the meat stock  is described as:
