We want to make sure you continue to get a good feeling from having produce from us.  

As food items are perishable and dependent on good storage, we do not usually accept returns. Cancellation is possible in most cases, unless the produce has been reserved for you and would otherwise be unsellable if not picked up - such as raw milk.

 

If you have had an issue with the quality of any of our produce, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Provide as much information as you can, including any lot number or best before date, date of purchase and how the produce was stored before you found the issue. Please also include a phone number that we can contact you on (and your availability).
