• We credit your account for the amount you paid - to spend on anything in our store
• We send you a personal discount code for the Nutritious and Delicious Collection, based on your Membership - 500kr Members get 5%, 1000kr Members get 15% off and Plus Members get 20%
• You spend your credit in the next 30 days on any of our in-stock produce. If you want to go over your credit amount, just pay for the extras as normal, you still get the discount benefits.
• You choose how long you get the benefits. We'll write towards the end of each month to remind you that Membership will renew automatically, unless you make a change to the Memberships. You can continue, upgrade or skip.

• Total flexibility for your produce needs - pick and choose what you want and how much every week. You're not locked into specific products or amounts every week. If you want to pick up everything once a month, you can. If you are on holiday, you can skip the week. 
• Peace of mind. We sell out quickly every week. So when you order, you are guaranteed to get our produce.
• More produce than you paid for, with up to 400kr extra for you - when you shop for our dairy (excluding raw milk), Regenerative Eggs and other weekly staples in our Nutritious and Delicious Collection:
  • 500kr Members get 5% off
  • 1,000kr Members get 15% off
  • Plus Members get 20% off
• Farm tour with other members, when you are a Plus Member for 5 months (out of the previous 10) and a 1,000kr Member for 10 months (out of the previous 20)

Frequently asked questions

Q: Do I have to order only from Nutritious and Delicious Collection?
A: Not at all! Order anything that we have in stock.

Q: Can I order the same amount of certain produce for 4 weeks in a row?
A: Yes, apart from raw milk, which can only be ordered weekly. You can order the same of one or more produce by making orders and selecting pickup locations for up to 30 days in advance. So you can choose to pick up 10 Regenerative Eggs in Copenhagen one week, the farm another week, etc. Simply make the orders online for each pickup.

Q: How does the special pricing work?
A: Once you become a Member, we open up a special tier of discounts for the Nutritious and Delicious Collection. When you log into our online shop, it will recognise you as a Member and special pricing will become available for the Nutritious and Delicious Selection when you go to checkout and use your special code. The special Member pricing does not combine with other discounts.

Q: How do credits work?
A: Once we register you, we will add the amount you paid for Membership as a credit to the online shop. You can use this credit for anything on the site in the period of 30 days. You can also spend more and receive the same discount, just paying as you do normally.

Q: How is the Monthly Membership different from Community Supported Agriculture (CSA)?
A: You aren't locked into long periods or to receiving weekly produce that you don't want to eat, which is typical of CSA experience. We have a short, 1-month subscription that you can renew as you wish. Order as much or as little as you want, on the weeks that you want it. 

Q: What if some produce is sold out?
A: If produce in the Nutritious and Delicious Collection is sold out, please let us know and we will do our best to meet your needs. Other produce can be seasonal or limited edition, which is not within the Collection.

Q: Will the Nutritious and Delicious Collection change?
A: Yes, as we make new produce and see what our members and customers enjoy, the Nutritious and Delicious Collection will evolve. There will be seasonal changes, too, based on harvests and abundance at the time of year. 

Q: Which location do I order the Membership to, on the checkout page?
A: Order to anywhere and any time. This will not impact on your ability to order your produce. 

Q: How does Membership billing work?
A: When you pay for a Membership with your bank card, the details will remain securely on file with Shopify, our ecommerce provider and the world's largest. Towards the end of the month, you will get a notification that your Membership will automatically renew, unless you make changes in your account, under Subscription Management. 

Q: Where do I manage my Membership contract?
A: When you log into your account, please click on the Subscription Management tab.
